Then you shall see and become radiant, and your heart shall swell with joy; Because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, the wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you. Isaiah 60:5.
This is the hope given to God’s children. Our lives will not remain the same as they are today. Great things are going to happen in our lives. We may have lost many things, but our Lord is the God of restoration. He desires to make us joyful and blessed. He will shine upon us with His glory.
Even if the whole world goes into darkness, we will continue to shine because the light of the Lord is upon us. Our hearts will overflow and be enlarged with joy, because our God is restoring all that we have lost and filling our lives with His goodness. Therefore, we should clothe ourselves with joy and thanksgiving.
Our God and Father is the richest of all. Heaven and earth belong to Him, and we belong to Him. So we can rejoice with confidence and peace. The abundance of the sea and the wealth of the nations will come to us according to His promise.
Be still and know that our God is the Lord over everything. Be joyful, for God has prepared great things for you!
Reflection: How is your heart preparing to receive the restoration God has planned, trusting that His light will lift you into joy and fill your life with blessings beyond what you lost?
அப்பொழுது நீ அதைக் கண்டு ஓடிவருவாய்; உன் இருதயம் அதிசயப்பட்டுப் பூரிக்கும்; கடற்கரையின் திரளான கூட்டம் உன் வசமாகத் திரும்பும், ஜாதிகளின் பலத்த சேனை உன்னிடத்துக்கு வரும். ஏசாயா 60:5.
தேவனுடைய பிள்ளைகளுக்குக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள நம்பிக்கை இதுவே. நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கை இன்று இருப்பது போலவே இருக்காது. நம் வாழ்வில் பெரிய காரியங்கள் நடக்கப்போகின்றன. நாம் பல காரியங்களை இழந்திருக்கலாம், ஆனால் நம்முடைய கர்த்தர் இழந்தவற்றைத் திரும்பத் தந்து புதுப்பிக்கிற தேவனாக இருக்கிறார். அவர் நம்மை மகிழ்ச்சியாகவும் ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களாகவும் மாற்ற விரும்புகிறார். அவர் தமது மகிமையினால் நம் மீது பிரகாசிப்பார்.
முழு உலகமும் இருளில் மூழ்கினாலும், கர்த்தருடைய வெளிச்சம் நம் மீது இருப்பதினால் நாம் தொடர்ந்து பிரகாசிப்போம். நம்முடைய தேவன் நாம் இழந்த அனைத்தையும் திரும்பத் தந்து, தம்முடைய நன்மையினால் நம் வாழ்வை நிரப்புவதால், நம் இருதயங்கள் நிரம்பி மகிழ்ச்சியால் பூரிக்கும். ஆகையால், நாம் மகிழ்ச்சியையும் ஸ்தோத்திரத்தையும் அணிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும்.
நம்முடைய தேவனும் பிதாவுமானவர் எல்லாரிலும் ஐசுவரியமுள்ளவர். வானமும் பூமியும் அவருக்குச் சொந்தமானவை, நாம் அவருக்குச் சொந்தமானவர்கள். எனவே நாம் நம்பிக்கையோடும் சமாதானத்தோடும் களிகூரலாம். அவருடைய வாக்குத்தத்தத்தின்படியே சமுத்திரத்தின் திரளான ஆஸ்தியும் ஜாதிகளின் செல்வங்களும் நம்மிடத்திற்கு வரும்.
அமர்ந்திருந்து, நம்முடைய தேவனே எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் மேலான கர்த்தர் என்பதை அறிந்துகொள்ளுங்கள். மகிழ்ச்சியாயிருங்கள், ஏனென்றால் தேவன் உங்களுக்காகப் பெரிய காரியங்களை ஆயத்தப்படுத்தியிருக்கிறார்!
சிந்திக்க: அவருடைய வெளிச்சம் உங்களை மகிழ்ச்சிக்குள் உயர்த்தி, நீங்கள் இழந்ததைக் காட்டிலும் மேலான ஆசீர்வாதங்களால் உங்கள் வாழ்வை நிரப்பும் என்று விசுவாசித்து, தேவன் திட்டமிட்டுள்ள புதுப்பித்தலைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள உங்கள் இருதயம் எவ்வாறு தன்னை ஆயத்தப்படுத்துகிறது?

16 Nations and kings will care for you
As a mother nurses her child.
You will know that I, the Lord, have saved you,
That the mighty God of Israel sets you free.
Isaiah 60-19
19 “No longer will the sun be your light by day
Or the moon be your light by night;
I, the Lord, will be your eternal light;
The light of my glory will shine on you.
This chapter gives us great affirmation in your promises and we stay secure lord.
