Blog Y3 868 - "Trusting Him Through Every Trials"

 

You called in trouble, and I delivered you; I answered you in the secret place of thunder; I tested you at the waters of Meribah. Psalms ‭81:7.

When our God brought the Israelites out of Egypt, He brought them out with silver and gold (Now the children of Israel had done according to the word of Moses, and they had asked from the Egyptians articles of silver, articles of gold, and clothing. And the Lord had given the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they granted them what they requested. Exodus 12:35,36), and the Lord Jehovah redeemed them from every bondage. In the same way, when He redeemed us from our sinful lives, we became His spiritual Israelites, His own people.

He cares for us deeply and answers us whenever we call upon Him in our troubles. He is the God who hears our cries from the place of storm, from the secret place of thunder, and He answers and saves us because we belong to Him.

When we become His own people, we are very precious to Him. He cannot remain silent when His children cry out for help. The Lord lovingly tests His people, just as He tested the Israelites at the waters of Meribah in the wilderness.

Sometimes He allows us to go through dry and empty places in life, where there seems to be no water, to see whether we will still depend on Him, trust Him, and hold on to Him completely. Through every testing, He teaches us that He alone is our source, our provider, and our deliverer.

Even in the path of wilderness, our Father remains faithful. He hears every cry, sees every struggle, and responds in His perfect time. Therefore, let us trust Him wholeheartedly, knowing that the God who redeemed us will also sustain us through every storm and every season of testing.

Reflection: Do you cling to Him when trials press hard, confident that the God who breaks every chain will expose every trap, strengthen your spirit, and carry you through every storm?
