Blog Y3 869 - "Safe under His Wings"

He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. Psalms 91:4.

This psalm gives full protection both spiritually and physically. Who is our Most High? Our Lord Jesus Christ! He is our shelter and refuge. When we hide under the shadow of His wings, He covers us from all evil and from the evil schemes and attacks of the enemy.

This verse reveals His tender love, protection, and nearness. His protection is not cold or far away; it is very close and deeply personal. Many times, we have seen little chicks safely resting under the warmth and protection of a hen’s wings. In the same way, when children become afraid, they quickly run into their mother’s bosom for comfort and safety. Likewise, our God gives us protection, comfort, and shelter. He is our Refuge.

His faithful arms are like a shield that keeps us from all harm. His protection is like a wall of fire surrounding us, guarding us from all dangers of evil spirits and from seen and unseen physical dangers.

We can confess this psalm continually, stand upon God’s promises by faith, and inherit the blessings and protection declared through it. 

Reflection: Do you find your refuge in His embrace, believing that His faithful truth surrounds you like a shield and guards you from every threat that rises against you?

இந்தச் சங்கீதம் ஆவிக்குரிய மற்றும் சரீரப் பிரகாரமான முழுப் பாதுகாப்பையும் அளிக்கிறது. உன்னதமானவர் யார்? நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவே! அவரே நமக்கு அடைக்கலமும் கோட்டையுமாய் இருக்கிறார். அவருடைய செட்டைகளின் நிழலில் நாம் மறையும்போது, எல்லாத் தீமைகளிலிருந்தும், சத்துருவின் தீய சூழ்ச்சிகள் மற்றும் தாக்குதல்களிலிருந்தும் அவர் நம்மை மூடிப் பாதுகாக்கிறார்.

இந்த வசனம் அவருடைய கனிவான அன்பையும், பாதுகாப்பையும், நெருக்கத்தையும் வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது. அவருடைய பாதுகாப்பு உணர்வற்றதோ அல்லது வெகு தொலைவிலிருப்பதோ அல்ல; அது மிகவும் நெருக்கமானதும் ஆழமான தனிப்பட்ட ஒன்றாகவும் இருக்கிறது. பல நேரங்களில், கோழிக்குஞ்சுகள் தாய்க்கோழியின் செட்டைகளின் கதகதப்பிலும் பாதுகாப்பிலும் பத்திரமாக இளைப்பாறுவதை நாம் பார்த்திருக்கிறோம். அதேபோல, குழந்தைகள் பயப்படும்போது, ஆறுதலுக்காகவும் பாதுகாப்புக்காகவும் அவர்கள் தங்கள் தாயின் மார்பில் வேகமாக ஓடித் தஞ்சம் புகுவார்கள். அதைப் போலவே, நம் தேவனும் நமக்குப் பாதுகாப்பையும், ஆறுதலையும், அடைக்கலத்தையும் தருகிறார். அவரே நமது புகலிடம்.

அவருடைய உண்மையுள்ள கரங்கள், எல்லாக் கேடுகளிலிருந்தும் நம்மைக் காக்கும் கேடகத்தைப் போல இருக்கின்றன. துஷ்ட ஆவிகளின் எல்லா ஆபத்துகளிலிருந்தும், மற்றும் காணக்கூடியதும் காணமுடியாததுமான சரீரப் பிரகாரமான ஆபத்துகளிலிருந்தும் நம்மைக் காத்து, அவருடைய பாதுகாப்பு நம்மைச் சுற்றிலும் ஒரு அக்கினி மதிலைப் போல இருக்கிறது.

நாம் இந்தச் சங்கீதத்தைத் தொடர்ந்து அறிக்கையிட்டு, விசுவாசத்தோடு தேவனுடைய வாக்குத்தத்தங்களின் மேல் உறுதியாக நின்று, இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட ஆசீர்வாதங்களையும் பாதுகாப்பையும் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்ளலாம்.

சிந்திக்க: அவருடைய சத்தியம் உங்களைக் கேடகத்தைப் போலச் சூழ்ந்து, உங்களுக்கு விரோதமாக எழும்பும் ஒவ்வொரு அச்சுறுத்தலிலிருந்தும் உங்களைக் காக்கிறது என்று விசுவாசித்து, அவருடைய அரவணைப்பில் உங்கள் அடைக்கலத்தைக் கண்டடைகிறீர்களா?
