Blog Y3 882 - "Seeking His transforming glory"

 

Make Your face shine upon Your servant, And teach me Your statutes. Psalms 119:135. 

Moses went up to the mountain and spent forty days in God’s presence. When he came down, his face reflected God’s glory so brightly that no one could look at his face. During those days in God’s presence, Moses did not even think about food or water. God taught him many things and finally gave him the tablets of the covenant, written by His own hand.

Yes, when we wait in His presence, our God will make His face shine upon us. The shining on Moses’ face did not come by itself; it was the glory of God that made his face shine in that way.

In the same way, our Heavenly Father will cause His face to shine upon us, and He Himself will teach us His statutes, how we should walk, live, and follow Him.

Let us wait in His presence, receive His glory, and learn the statutes He desires to teach us.

உமது அடியேன்மேல் உமது முகத்தைப் பிரகாசிக்கப்பண்ணி, உமது பிரமாணங்களை எனக்குப் போதியும். சங்கீதம் 119:135.

மோசே மலையின்மேல் ஏறி, நாற்பது நாட்கள் தேவனுடைய சமுகத்தில் செலவிட்டார். அவர் கீழே இறங்கி வந்தபோது, அவருடைய முகம் தேவனுடைய மகிமையைப் பிரதிபலித்ததால், எவராலும் அவருடைய முகத்தைப் பார்க்க முடியாத அளவிற்குப் பிரகாசித்தது. தேவனுடைய சமுகத்தில் இருந்த அந்த நாட்களில், மோசே உணவையோ அல்லது தண்ணீரையோ குறித்துக் கூட சிந்திக்கவில்லை. தேவன் அவருக்குப் பல காரியங்களைப் போதித்தார், இறுதியாகத் தமது சொந்தக் கரத்தால் எழுதப்பட்ட உடன்படிக்கைப் பலகைகளை அவரிடம் கொடுத்தார்.

ஆம், நாம் அவருடைய சமுகத்தில் காத்திருக்கும்போது, நம் தேவன் தமது முகத்தை நம்மேல் பிரகாசிக்கச் செய்வார். மோசேயின் முகத்தில் காணப்பட்ட பிரகாசம் தானாகவே வரவில்லை; தேவனுடைய மகிமையே அவருடைய முகத்தை அவ்வாறு பிரகாசிக்கச் செய்தது.

அதேபோல, நம் பரலோகப் பிதா தமது முகத்தை நம்மேல் பிரகாசிக்கச் செய்வார், மேலும் நாம் எப்படி நடக்க வேண்டும், வாழ வேண்டும், அவரைப் பின்பற்ற வேண்டும் என்ற தமது பிரமாணங்களை அவரே நமக்குப் போதிப்பார்.

நாம் அவருடைய சமுகத்தில் காத்திருந்து, அவருடைய மகிமையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டு, அவர் நமக்குப் போதிக்க விரும்பும் பிரமாணங்களைக் கற்றுக்கொள்வோம்.

சிந்தனைக்கு: உங்கள் பாதைகளை வடிவமைக்கவும், அவருடைய சித்தத்திற்கு ஏற்ப எவ்வாறு வாழ வேண்டும் என்று உங்களுக்குப் போதிக்கவும் அவருடைய வல்லமையை நீங்கள் நாடுவதற்கு, ஆழ்ந்த வாஞ்சையோடு தேவனைத் தேட நீங்கள் தீர்மானிக்கிறீர்களா?
