Blog Y3 885 - "Honoring His Holy Standard"

Your righteousness is like the great mountains; Your judgments are a great deep. O Lord, You preserve man and beast.  Psalms 36:6.

How great is our God and Father’s righteousness! It is strong and unshakable like the mighty mountains. His righteousness is higher than the highest mountain. In His great love and grace, He has also made us righteous through Christ and sees us as righteous in His sight. We are completely unworthy of such mercy and love. How deeply our Lord loves us and how gracious He is toward us!

At the same time, His judgments are like the vast and deep ocean. When He sits on His judgment seat, He cannot show favor to those who rejected and denied Him. Therefore, we should be careful and conscious even about our thoughts. God knows our hearts completely; nothing is hidden from Him. We may not sin outwardly or physically, yet in our minds we may hold grudges, jealousy, pride, or even unclean thoughts. On the Day of Judgment, in His perfect righteousness, He will judge all things.

Yet, our God’s nature is full of compassion and care. He preserves and protects not only mankind, but also animals and all living creatures. What a loving, righteous, holy, and merciful God we serve! 

Reflection: Are we allowing God’s purity to shape our thoughts as we seek to walk in a way that reflects His character and keeps our hearts aligned with His truth?

உமது நீதி மகத்தான பர்வதங்கள்போலவும், உமது நியாயங்கள் மகா ஆழமாகவும் இருக்கிறது; கர்த்தாவே, மனுஷரையும் மிருகங்களையும் காப்பாற்றுகிறீர். சங்கீதம் 36:6.

நமது தேவனும் பிதாவுமாகியவருடைய நீதி எவ்வளவு மகத்தானது! அது வலிமையான மலைகளைப் போல உறுதியானதும், அசைக்க முடியாததுமாக இருக்கிறது. அவருடைய நீதி மிக உயர்ந்த மலையை விடவும் உயர்ந்தது. தம்முடைய மகா அன்பினாலும் கிருபையினாலும், அவர் கிறிஸ்துவின் மூலமாக நம்மையும் நீதிமான்களாக்கி, தமது பார்வையில் நம்மை நீதிமான்களாகக் காண்கிறார். இத்தகைய இரக்கத்திற்கும் அன்பிற்கும் நாம் முற்றிலும் தகுதியற்றவர்கள். நமது கர்த்தர் நம்மை எவ்வளவு ஆழமாக நேசிக்கிறார், நம் மீது எவ்வளவு கிருபையாக இருக்கிறார்!

அதே வேளையில், அவருடைய நியாயத்தீர்ப்புகள் பரந்த மற்றும் ஆழமான சமுத்திரத்தைப் போன்றவையாகும். அவர் தமது நியாயாசனத்தில் அமரும்போது, தம்மைப் புறக்கணித்து மறுதலித்தவர்களுக்கு அவர் சலுகை காட்ட முடியாது. எனவே, நம்முடைய எண்ணங்களைக் குறித்தும் நாம் மிகவும் கவனமாகவும் விழிப்புணர்வுடனும் இருக்க வேண்டும். தேவன் நம் இருதயங்களை முழுமையாக அறிவார்; அவருக்கு மறைவானது எதுவுமில்லை. நாம் வெளிப்புறமாகவோ அல்லது சரீரப்பிரகாரமாகவோ பாவம் செய்யாமல் இருக்கலாம், ஆனால் நம் மனதிற்குள் மனக்கசப்பு, பொறாமை, பெருமை அல்லது அசுத்தமான எண்ணங்களை நாம் கொண்டிருக்கக்கூடும். நியாயத்தீர்ப்பு நாளில், தமது பரிபூரண நீதியின்படி, அவர் எல்லாவற்றையும் நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார்.

இருந்தபோதிலும், நம்முடைய தேவனின் சுபாவம் மனதுருக்கமும் அக்கறையும் நிறைந்தது. அவர் மனிதகுலத்தை மட்டுமல்ல, மிருகங்களையும் அனைத்து ஜீவராசிகளையும் பாதுகாத்து பராமரிக்கிறார். எவ்வளவு அன்பான, நீதியுள்ள, பரிசுத்தமான மற்றும் இரக்கமுள்ள தேவனுக்கு நாம் ஊழியம் செய்கிறோம்!

சிந்திக்க: தேவனுடைய குணாதிசயத்தைப் பிரதிபலிக்கும் வகையிலும், நம் இருதயங்களை அவருடைய சத்தியத்தோடு இணைத்திருக்கும் வகையிலும் நடக்க நாம் முற்படுகையில், தேவனுடைய பரிசுத்தம் நமது எண்ணங்களை வடிவமைக்க நாம் அனுமதிக்கிறோமா?
