Blog Y3 894 - "Yield to God's Call"

I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. Genesis 12:2.

Our God is the Almighty God who is able to lift us up from any condition. No matter how deep the pit may be, it is easy for Him to raise us up, bless us, and establish us according to His perfect plan.

However, as we know, God’s promises often require our obedience and trust. Before Abraham received this great promise, God called him to leave his old life behind. He was called to leave his country, his relatives, and everything familiar to him, and to follow God wholeheartedly into an unknown future.

The same principle applies to us today. If we desire to experience God’s blessings and promises, we must be willing to surrender our old ways and fully trust Him. We cannot keep one foot in our old life and the other in the new life that God has prepared for us. Such divided dependence will never bring us into the fullness of His plan.

Instead, we must completely rely on our loving Heavenly Father. When we place our lives entirely in His hands, He takes full control, guides our steps, and blesses us abundantly. Then, just as He blessed Abraham, He can make our lives fruitful, make our testimony a blessing, and use us to bless others for His glory.

May we have the faith and obedience of Abraham, trusting God completely and following Him wherever He leads.

Reflection: Are you prepared to lay down old ways and obey God completely so He can lift you, establish you, and make your life a blessing?

நான் உன்னைப் பெரிய ஜாதியாக்கி, உன்னை ஆசீர்வதித்து, உன் பேரைப் பெருமைப்படுத்துவேன்; நீ ஆசீர்வாதமாய் இருப்பாய். ஆதியாகமம் 12:2.

நம்முடைய தேவன் நம்மை எந்தவொரு சூழ்நிலையிலிருந்தும் உயர்த்த வல்லமையுள்ள சர்வவல்லமையுள்ள தேவனாய் இருக்கிறார். குழி எவ்வளவு ஆழமாக இருந்தாலும், அவருடைய பூரண திட்டத்தின்படி நம்மை உயர்த்தி, ஆசீர்வதித்து, நிலைநிறுத்துவது அவருக்கு மிகவும் எளிதான காரியம்.

இருப்பினும், நாம் அறிந்தபடி, தேவனுடைய வாக்குத்தத்தங்கள் பெரும்பாலும் நம்முடைய கீழ்ப்படிதலையும் நம்பிக்கையையும் கோருகின்றன. ஆபிரகாம் இந்த பெரிய வாக்குத்தத்தத்தைப் பெறுவதற்கு முன்பு, தேவன் அவனுடைய பழைய வாழ்க்கையை விட்டுவிட்டு வரும்படி அழைத்தார். அவன் தன் தேசத்தையும், தன் இனத்தாரையும், தனக்கு பரிச்சயமான எல்லாவற்றையும் விட்டுவிட்டு, அறியாத ஒரு எதிர்காலத்தை நோக்கி முழு இருதயத்தோடு தேவனைப் பின்பற்றும்படி அழைக்கப்பட்டான்.

அதே கொள்கைதான் இன்று நமக்கும் பொருந்தும். தேவனுடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்களையும் வாக்குத்தத்தங்களையும் நாம் அனுபவிக்க விரும்பினால், நம்முடைய பழைய வழிகளை விட்டுக்கொடுக்கவும், அவரை முழுமையாக நம்பவும் நாம் தயாராக இருக்க வேண்டும். நம்முடைய பழைய வாழ்க்கையில் ஒரு காலையும், தேவன் நமக்காக ஆயத்தப்படுத்தியிருக்கும் புதிய வாழ்க்கையில் ஒரு காலையும் நாம் வைத்திருக்க முடியாது. அப்படிப்பட்ட பிரிக்கப்பட்ட உலகச் சார்பு, அவருடைய திட்டத்தின் நிறைவுக்குள் நம்மை ஒருபோதும் கொண்டு சேர்க்காது.

அதற்குப் பதிலாக, நம்மை நேசிக்கும் பரலோகப் பிதாவை நாம் முற்றிலும் சார்ந்திருக்க வேண்டும். நம் வாழ்க்கையை முழுமையாக அவருடைய கைகளில் ஒப்படைக்கும்போது, அவர் முழுப் பொறுப்பையும் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு, நம் அடிகளை வழிநடத்தி, நம்மை ஏராளமாய் ஆசீர்வதிக்கிறார். அப்போது, அவர் ஆபிரகாமை ஆசீர்வதித்தது போலவே, நம் வாழ்க்கையையும் கனிதரச் செய்து, நம்முடைய சாட்சியை ஒரு ஆசீர்வாதமாக மாற்றி, தம்முடைய மகிமைக்காக பிறரை ஆசீர்வதிக்க நம்மைப் பயன்படுத்துவார்.

ஆபிரகாமைப் போன்ற விசுவாசமும் கீழ்ப்படிதலும் நமக்கு உண்டாவதாக; தேவனை முழுமையாக நம்பி, அவர் நம்மை வழிநடத்தும் இடமெல்லாம் அவரைப் பின்பற்றி நடப்போம்.

சிந்திக்க: உங்களை உயர்த்தி, நிலைநிறுத்தி, உங்கள் வாழ்க்கையை ஆசீர்வாதமாக மாற்றுவதற்காக, பழைய வழிகளை விட்டுவிட்டு தேவனுக்குப் பூரணமாகக் கீழ்ப்படிய நீங்கள் ஆயத்தமாக இருக்கிறீர்களா?
