Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. James 5:16.
Who is a righteous person?
A righteous person is not someone who has never sinned, but someone who has been cleansed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ and has confessed their sins before Him. Through Christ, we are made righteous in the sight of God. He does not condemn those who come to Him in repentance. Instead, He sees us as forgiven, blameless, and accepted through His Son.
As we walk with Him each day, He helps us pursue holiness and grow in righteousness. If we are sincerely following Him and allowing Him to transform us, then this verse speaks about us. God is talking about you and me.
The Lord is looking for fervent prayer, not merely words spoken from our lips or prayers offered out of routine and tradition. He desires prayers that come from a heart filled with faith, sincerity, and deep fellowship with Him. When we pray in the Spirit and pour out our hearts before Him, our prayers become a sweet aroma in His presence.

நாம் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் அவரோடு நடக்கும்போது, பரிசுத்தத்தைத் தொடரவும், நீதியில் வளரவும் அவர் நமக்கு உதவுகிறார். நாம் உண்மையான இருதயத்தோடு அவரைப் பின்பற்றி, அவர் நம்மை உருமாற்ற அனுமதித்தால், இந்த வசனம் நம்மைப் பற்றித்தான் பேசுகிறது. தேவன் உங்களையும் என்னையும் பற்றித்தான் பேசுகிறார்.
கர்த்தர் ஊக்கமான ஜெபத்தையே எதிர்பார்க்கிறார், வெறும் உதடுகளினால் பேசும் வார்த்தைகளையோ அல்லது வழக்கத்திற்காகவும் பாரம்பரியத்திற்காகவும் செய்யப்படும் ஜெபங்களையோ அல்ல. விசுவாசம், உண்மைத்தன்மை மற்றும் அவரோடான ஆழமான ஐக்கியம் நிறைந்த இருதயத்திலிருந்து வரும் ஜெபங்களையே அவர் விரும்புகிறார். நாம் ஆவியோடும் உண்மையோடும் ஜெபித்து, நம் இருதயங்களை அவருக்கு முன்பாக ஊற்றும்போது, நம்முடைய ஜெபங்கள் அவருடைய பிரசன்னத்தில் ஒரு சுகந்த வாசனையாக மாறுகின்றன.
சிந்தனை: மனத்தாழ்மையுடனும் விசுவாசத்துடனும் ஏறெடுக்கப்படும் உண்மையான ஜெபத்திற்கு வல்லமை உண்டு என்பதை நம்பி, உங்கள் இருதயத்தை நேர்மையாகக் தேவனின் முன் கொண்டுவர நேரம் ஒதுக்கியுள்ளீர்களா?
